We’re looking for a Technical Sales Intern for a 6-month program, which could be extended for another 6 months, during which you will develop your knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, IT infrastructure, and customer solutions. This position is based in Milan.

During your internship, you will support Arrow’s sales and technical teams in understanding customers’ needs, identifying suitable cybersecurity solutions and presenting their value to partners and end customers. You will collaborate with account managers, business developers, technical specialists, partners, and manufacturers, gaining practical experience across the entire presales and sales cycle.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about cybersecurity and the IT industry, enjoys learning about new technologies and is interested in combining technical knowledge with customer interaction and commercial activities.

Please note that it is full time internship (40h per week). Internship could be done as be curricular or non-curricular.

Technical Sales Intern

What would you learn?

• To understand customers’ technical and business requirements,
• To support the identification and design of cybersecurity solutions,
• To prepare technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution proposals,
• To collaborate with sales teams, account managers, partners, and manufacturers throughout the sales cycle,
• To develop knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, products, and market trends,
• To build and maintain effective relationships with customers and business partners.

What are we looking for?

• A person who has recently completed their education or is currently completing their studies,
• Strong interest and passion for cybersecurity, technology, and the IT industry,
• Interest in technical presales, customer engagement, and commercial activities,
• Willingness and ability to learn, develop and stay updated on new technologies,
• Analytical mindset, curiosity, and a problem-solving attitude,
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills,
• Business fluency in English and Italian is mandatory.

Hiring Compensation:

800 € net per month for first 6 months.

1000 € net per month for another 6 months once internship will be prolonged.
