We are looking for an Inside Sales Technical Sales Advisor to drive sales growth across our HVAC product and service portfolio. This is a customer-facing role combining technical knowledge with sales expertise, helping customers find the right solutions while managing opportunities from enquiry through to order.

What you'll do:
 

• Manage a pipeline of HVAC sales opportunities and achieve revenue targets
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate within company guidelines
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling HVAC solutions
• Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Project Management, and Operations teams
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts
• Stay up to date with HVAC technologies, industry trends, and compliance requirements
• Deliver excellent customer service and technical support throughout the sales process
 

What we're looking for:
 

Must-Have:

• Experience in B2B sales, internal sales, or technical sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills
• Ability to understand and explain technical products and solutions
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Proactive, organised, and results-driven approach
 

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience within HVAC, Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, or related industries
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, BMS, or energy-efficient technologies
• Technical qualification or equivalent industry experience
