Mariya Petrova is looking for a new team member.

We need a qualified specialist with a good command of English, to be responsible for the Technical Purchases Ordering Specialist in A1. Join a dynamic team, work with innovative technologies, and enjoy a supportive and fun work environment.

Your daily routine would include:

• Accepting and verifying the accuracy and compliance of requests from business departments.
• Perform purchase request creation.
• They are performing activities related to purchase orders, such as processing invoices and verifying/ handling of delivery protocol receipts.
• Supports the purchasing and fixed asset management process for technical divisions using system tools and portals.
• Timely and efficient processing of business cases in the various systems for which you will receive mandatory training.
• Work in a dynamic environment.

We’ll know you can make it if you have:

• Еxperience with SAP and Ivalua is considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of mobile network and technical equipment.
• General knowledge in financial accounting.
• Logical thinking and desire to learn new skills and gain new competencies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, combined with the ability to work, both independently and in a team.
• Focus and curiosity in  new topics and desire to continuously develop your professional qualifications.
• Structured and solution-oriented way of thinking, and ability to understand complex contexts quickly.
• Basic experience in MS Office.
• Fluency in Еnglish – B2 level is a minimum.
• German is a plus.
