About the role - What you will be doing at Arrow?

• Providing technical sales support to Field Sales (BDM, ACM, SE), Inside Sales, Solutions Architect across assigned business unit.

• Preparing product and service offers, in the form of BOM or service scope breakdown.

• Supporting inside sales in introducing new products or reviewing technical offers created by them.

• Participating in developing the partner network and generating demand in the end market through preparation and presentation of technical and business seminars/workshops/webinars and active participation in customer meetings, in the area of IBM portfolio within the framework of producer development plans.

• During customer meetings, actively seeking and evaluating opportunities for technology supplies across IBM portfolio. Sharing information about these opportunities.

• Maintaining and developing his technical competences in the area of the IBM product portfolio, fulfilling the necessary technical certifications based on the requirements of the producers for the terms of the distribution contract.

• Providing training in the area of the IBM portfolio, participating in the work of the Training BU as a trainer of selected courses in the area of his product competence.

• Providing post-sale support within his competences (installation, upgrade, consulting)

What are we looking for:

• Experience working with IBM solutions or a leading enterprise technology vendor.

• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and articulate value propositions to partners and end customers.

• Experience delivering technical presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.

Desirable

• Experience working within a technology distributor, vendor, or channel-focused organization.

• Knowledge of IBM Software, Automation, Data & AI, Security, Infrastructure, and Hybrid Cloud solutions.

• Understanding of IBM Partner Plus programs and partner ecosystem strategies.

Annual Hiring Range (for a full-time employee)

On Target Earnings (Base + Target Variable Pay)

48,600 to 59,400 EUR

Base Salary Hiring Range

38,880 to 47,520 EUR

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer. Internal candidates who have current pay within or above the hiring range are still encouraged to apply if interested.
