As a Tech - OIC Integrations, BIP Reporting, OTBI - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will leverage your broad consulting skills across various Oracle applications to help clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward isn’t clear. This role involves using a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while upholding professional and technical standards.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will be part of a dynamic team that supports clients in optimizing their business processes through Oracle applications. Your versatile knowledge will be key in assisting clients to achieve their strategic goals.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement Oracle software solutions effectively
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle applications
- Collaborating with clients to optimize operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives
- Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex concepts and inform insights
- Developing training materials to enhance client understanding and application of Oracle systems
- Managing enterprise integration projects to support business process modeling and standardization
- Implementing technology solutions that align with client business models and requirements
- Engaging in technical consultation to support project architecture and budgeting
- Embracing emerging technologies to drive innovation in Oracle consulting services
- Building meaningful client connections to foster long-term relationships and trust

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Business Studies, Commerce, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex business challenges
- Implementing technology solutions in enterprise environments
- Developing training materials for emerging technologies
- Managing systems project management with a focus on Oracle solutions
- Excelling in business process modeling and standardization
