Eliot is seeking an experienced and strong Team Leader to supervise a multidisciplinary ACCS (Adult Community Clinical Services) team. Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) provides clinically focused evidenced based interventions to adults with severe and persistent mental illness. Services are person centered and are delivered by a multidisciplinary team of professionals in either residential or community based settings. The Team Leader will be responsible for ensuring that recovery services, vocational services, and clinical support are incorporated into the treatment plans for each individual client. The ideal candidate will bring leadership experience as well as a background in community-based work with adults with persistent mental illness. |
