Team Lead

Let’s build tomorrow together. As a Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process by supporting a team of operators by maintaining safe, standardized, and stable operations while developing people capabilities.

Shifts(All shifts operate Monday-Thursday with required Overtime on Friday and Saturday as needed)

· Shift 1 (4:00AM – 2:30 PM)

· Shift 2 (2:30PM – 1:00 AM)

What You Will Do

· Follow safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe work environment

· Train and certify employees

· Maintain Training Matrix of Cell(s)

· Ensure adherence to standard work (JOB’s)

· Maintain Tier 1 & HR x HR board

· Respond to abnormalities – Problem Solve - Escalate

· Lead 5 Why Problem Solving

· Lead team huddle (SQDC)

· Review previous shift misses

· Coach correct methods

· Handover to next shift TL

· Escalate issues that cannot be resolved within the team to Tier 2

· Run assembly equipment on the line

Job Requirements

· HS Diploma/GED or 10 years of work experience

· Read and write English

· Demonstrate Winning Behaviors

· Must have good problem-solving skills

· Clear and calm communication

Hiring Hourly Range 
$24.00 - $26.00 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
