About the Role

We have been busy and we are now entering our next phase of growth. As a Talent Consultant you will be the driving force behind our on demand, high volume desk. This is a fulfilment and client focused role, working at pace to keep our roles moving and our clients delighted.

You will speak with candidates, assess suitability, add them to the Weployee Community and ensure they have a phenomenal experience from the very beginning of their journey. You will interview candidates, guide them into the right roles and make a meaningful difference in their job search experience, while managing client relationships day to day to keep fulfilment running smoothly.

You will also support community engagement activities that help create a sense of belonging for our Weployees and assist them throughout their assignments.

Role Responsibilities

• Manage end to end fulfilment for our on demand, high volume clients
• Speak with candidates and assess suitability for customer service and contact centre roles
• Add successful candidates to the Weployee Community and ensure a positive onboarding experience
• Manage candidate pipelines and keep delivery moving at speed
• Prepare resumes, candidate summaries and shortlists for clients
• Build and maintain strong day to day client relationships, understanding their needs and keeping them updated on progress
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute on talent strategies and initiatives
• Maintain high quality candidate and client communication and follow ups
• Stay across compliance, awards, contracts and worker entitlements
• Review and track data to identify gaps and opportunities

About You

You are human centred, organised and love speaking with people. You care about creating great experiences and you are excited by growth. You are someone who rolls up their sleeves, thinks in outcomes and enjoys being part of a fast moving team.

• Recruitment experience is preferred, ideally as a Recruitment Consultant, Sourcing Specialist, Recruitment Coordinator but we are equally interested in awesome people from customer care industries who know how to support people, communicate clearly and deliver great service.
• You may come from a 360 role but prefer the client/ candidate relationship side as opposed to new business development
• You thrive in a fast paced, high volume environment and enjoy the buzz of fulfilling roles quickly without compromising on quality
• You have a hunger for growth and want to join an established start up who is still going through advanced phases of growth, and don't mind communicating through Emoji's from time to time
• You have a voice and don't mind using it when it comes to making things better. If you see something that can be improved and you take action, rather than letting it go
• You know how to use Slack, G Suite and ideally Greenhouse, although any previous ATS experience is great
