Requirements
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, partnering with stakeholders, and attracting top talent across multiple business functions.
What will you do:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the company’s business goals.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: from creating job postings and advertisements to conducting interviews and extending job offers.
- Define candidate requirements and develop job descriptions.
- Gather and analyze labor market data, salary competitiveness, and other factors affecting talent acquisition.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates for fit with company requirements.
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees and provide ongoing support.
- Develop and implement programs for employee retention and development.
- Advise management on HR matters and personnel policies.
- Maintain recruitment process reports and provide regular updates on recruitment outcomes.
Key Skills Required:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes and HR management.
- Experience recruiting across multiple functions such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other business roles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with candidates and employees.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in high-pressure situations.
- Experience with HR systems and recruitment tools.
- English level - Upper Intermediate
