Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals and workforce plans.
Provide market intelligence, talent insights, and data-driven recommendations to support hiring decisions.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment coordination, reference checks, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, and advanced sourcing tools to identify and engage top talent.
Build and maintain robust talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
Implement sourcing strategies focused on attracting diverse and high-quality talent while optimizing time-to-fill and cost-per-hire metrics.
Ensure a positive candidate experience through proactive communication and effective stakeholder management.
Monitor recruitment metrics and leverage workforce analytics to improve hiring outcomes and process efficiencies.
Promote employer branding initiatives and represent the organization positively in the talent marketplace.
Ensure compliance with company policies, employment legislation, and recruitment best practices.

Staffing and Recruiting
Knowledge of staffing strategies, recruiting processes, and talent acquisition best practices.
Manages complex recruitment assignments across multiple business functions.
Consults with stakeholders on workforce planning, recruitment strategies, and talent availability.
Workforce Analytics
Knowledge of HR metrics, workforce trends, and reporting methodologies that support informed business decisions.
Analyzes recruitment and workforce data to identify trends and opportunities.
Generates reports and dashboards to support leadership decision-making.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At minimal 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or Human Resources.
Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment for technical, professional hiring.
Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
Experience using ATS, CRM platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing technologies.
Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment preferred.
Relocation is available for this position.
