Join RAC as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator and play a key role in supporting recruitment activities across our organisation.
Working within our People & Capability team, you will partner closely with Talent Acquisition Partners, hiring leaders, candidates, and internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless, compliant, and engaging recruitment experience from attraction through to onboarding.
This is a Part Time opportunity available on an initial 6-month contract/secondment basis – hours are flexible with approximately 30 hours per week available.
What you will be doing:
As our Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be responsible for the coordination and administration of end-to-end recruitment activities, including:
Coordinating recruitment processes through Workday and associated systems
Preparing employment contracts, recruitment documentation, and candidate correspondence
Arranging interviews and managing recruitment logistics
Supporting candidate screening, phone interviews, and reference checks
Managing candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Coordinating onboarding and pre-commencement activities
Managing enquiries received through the Talent Acquisition inbox
Conducting pre-employment compliance checks, including police clearances, right-to-work verification, qualification and licence validation
Maintaining accurate recruitment records and documentation
Supporting recruitment reporting, continuous improvement initiatives, and Talent Acquisition projects.
What you will bring:
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships while managing multiple priorities.
You will ideally have:
Experience in a recruitment coordination, administration, HR, or corporate support role
Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Experience working with leaders, candidates, or other stakeholders
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confidence using digital systems, recruitment platforms, and Microsoft Office applications
The ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism
A customer-first mindset and passion for delivering positive experiences
Experience using an applicant tracking system such as Workday (desirable).
