The Role:

• Engage in the maintenance and support activities, which include perform troubleshooting, incident response, and patching in a timely manner
• Support DevOps, CI/CD process and OpenShift container platform
• Coordinate with vendors and support team on problem resolution, implementation issues and upgrades
• Create and maintain documentation for knowledge base, changes, upgrades and operational maintenance

What we are looking for:

• A passion for learning new technologies.
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively and openly with all levels of management, users and vendors.
• Analytical with good problem-solving skills and excellent troubleshooting
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

 
Skill/knowledge required :

• CI/CD process
• Microservice and container concepts
• Kubernetes

Familiarity in the following areas is an added advantage:

• Docker
• Jenkins
• Helm Chart
• Git
• Repository Manager (Artifactory/Nexus)
• SSO and authentication process
• JBoss or other middleware technologies
• Openshift
• Fuse
• AMQ
