How you will make an impact

Every day, thousands of medical practices rely on the Practice Fusion cloud-based Electronic Health Record (EHR) platform to deliver quality patient care, streamline workflows, and improve healthcare outcomes. As an Associate Support Consultant, you will play a critical role in helping healthcare providers and their staff successfully use our platform.

This is a high-volume, inbound call center role where phone support is your primary responsibility. While you will also assist customers through email and live chat, the majority of your day will be spent speaking directly with physicians and medical office staff, providing workflow guidance, product education, and troubleshooting assistance.

What You’ll Do

Deliver exceptional support primarily through inbound phone calls, with additional support provided via email and live chat.
Serve as a subject matter expert on the Practice Fusion EHR platform, educating physicians and their staff on system functionality, workflows, and best practices.
Troubleshoot technical and workflow-related issues while guiding customers toward effective solutions.
Provide accurate, efficient, and professional customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume support environment.
Document customer interactions thoroughly within Salesforce CRM.
Identify recurring customer issues and share feedback to improve products, processes, and the overall customer experience.
Support organizational initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Act as a positive ambassador for Practice Fusion by creating exceptional customer experiences with every interaction.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience & Skills

1+ years of customer service experience in a high-volume call center environment.
Experience providing phone-based technical or software support.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Experience using multiple computer applications simultaneously while documenting interactions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Previous customer service or technical support experience, preferably in a call center or other high-volume customer-facing environment.
Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, easy-to-understand manner.
Friendly, patient, and professional phone presence.
Comfortable managing a high volume of inbound calls while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Working Style

🕘 Standard weekday hours, which would include standard US working hours & night shifts when required. With occasional after-hours or holiday support when needed

🌍 Work setup — Work from office in a professional office space setup.

🌴 We appreciate your time off! Just a heads-up: during key business times, PTO might be limited to keep things running smoothly
Availability to work 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST.
