This is a part time 20hrs per week position working Mon to Sun on a rota, based in our O2 Icon Store in the O2 in Greenwich, SE London, and will require the successful person to have experience as a keyholder or be willing to train as a keyholder.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and train staff to excel in their roles.
• Monitor sales targets, providing support and guidance to the team.
• Assist in ordering and maintaining product inventory.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Uphold store standards for cleanliness and presentation.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail supervisory roles.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire a team.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and retail operations.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
