Join our friendly and customer-focused Subscriber Services team as a part-time Subscriber Services Representative.
In this customer focussed role you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional service to our valued subscribers. This role is responsible for handling inbound customer enquiries and service-related administration in a busy contact centre environment where providing outstanding customer experiences is our number one priority.
The position is rostered to work Monday 9:00am - 4:00pm and Saturday 7:00am - 12:00pm with additional hours on offer as required.
About the role:
Providing excellent service to our home delivery and digital subscribers.
A typical day involves taking payments, processing holds, starting new subscriptions and working hard to overcome and assist with any complaints and cancellation requests.
You’ll ensure our customers are given clear and correct information every time.
Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy ensures that our CRM is well maintained and up to date.
About you:
You will have a proven track record in providing exceptional customer service in a call centre, retail or hospitality environment.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You have a creative approach to problem solving and can think on your feet.
