Role Description

As the Strategic Procurement Manager, you will be part of a dynamic Supply Chain Management (SCM) Team. Working together with the SCM and market teams, you will be on point to project manage and execute strategic sourcing initiatives supporting the successful deployment and continuous improvement of supply chain operations. This role will oversee supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, manage SLAs and drive cost-optimization to achieve current operational and future growth goals. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, fostering accountability and maintaining an open culture of giving and receiving feedback will be essential. This role offers the unique opportunity to make an impact working in a fast-growing business. GFiber is expanding in 6 states and growing its footprint in its existing markets as an industry leader in Fiber technologies and services. The role also lends to working with numerous business teams in a fast-paced environment. |

The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $136,000 - $198,000 + bonus + benefits. As pay varies by location, your recruiter will share more about the specific salary range for your targeted location during the hiring process.
