As an Accounting Specialist, you'll manage financial records, including invoices and inventory updates, ensure accurate account reconciliation, and support the store network. You'll also assist with financial projects and ad-hoc tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Recording and managing purchase and expense invoices.
• Monitoring and updating inventory records.
• Reviewing and reconciling accounting entries.
• Providing daily communication, support, and oversight for the store network in Greece and Cyprus.
• Collaborating with the Finance team and supporting day-to-day departmental operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (XLS)
• Familiarity with SAP or another ERP system.
• Previous experience in cash handling or a store's central cash office will be considered an additional asset.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in Greek and English.
• Team-oriented mindset, accountability, and strong collaboration skills.
