The Senior Wholesale Operations Executive is the datahub of retail partner team, who needs to maintain the latest store information, track and analyze retail partner’s performance including sell-in, sell-out, in-season sell-thru, inventory, etc. He/She is also the key coordinator of system related projects, which includes brief business needs, track project status and manage retail partners to strictly follow SOP. Besides, He/She needs to support line manager on season trade show, set up operations standard and other related paper works.

55% Sales data Analysis and Management
1. Own the analysis of all kinds of sales data, sell-in/sell-out/sell thru/stock/shipment, etc and output regular report to management team by weekly and monthly;
2. Prepare and provide analysis and business proposals to line manager by weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly; 
3. Create new data format and optimize existing tables to make data more visible and help exploit business opportunities from data;
4. Diagnose sales and operation performance from various angles and provide related insights to support sales team to complete overall business plan and achieve company budget plan;
5. Closely follow in-season products sell-thru performance and provide valuable insights, like promotion or incentive proposals to sales team to make overall seasonal sell-thru is on track;
6. Closely follow up store status with sales team to ensure all the departments get a centralized and up-to-date store information list;

15%    Budget Control
1.    Assist line manager on sell-thru incentive proposals through detailed product analysis, track incentive effectiveness and finalize incentive results;
2.    Closely follow up pipeline status, especially on incentive key stores status, to make sure overall incentive budget is under control;
3.    Calculate and finalize all kinds of incentive results, collect all supporting files and collaborate with Finance team, fully engagement in whole process;

15% System Project 
1. Make sure partners follow company's criteria to upload sales/inventory/traffic data on time;
2. Closely follow company's development orientation, that if there's any new partner join in business. Train new partner understand project and arrange to involve new partner in project in time also;
3. Create standard operations process on project to make useful documentation to share;
4. Support on project further enhancement and help partners to smoothly use;

15% Process and Operation Management 
1.Closely work with sales team to follow overall business process is well executed, including bulk order execution, seasonal order consolidation, store new open, trade show flow, etc.
2. Assist seasonal trade show management and process control, including retro plan, meeting agenda, layout discussion, venue selection, participator list collection and group allocation, expense control, etc
