About the Team
The oCHRO Strategic Customer Engagement (SCE) team, housed within the oCHRO P&T organization, is dedicated to helping customers fully realize the benefits of the oCHRO platform. This is achieved through proactive involvement, focused expansion, and transparent communication.Our key objectives include:
Driving Renewals: Ensuring customer satisfaction and demonstrating clear Return on Investment (ROI).
Expanding Product References: Showcasing successful platform implementations.
Promoting Initiatives: Using workshops and outreach to introduce new features and projects.
By consistently communicating oCHRO's vision and strategy, we ensure customers are informed advocates for the platform's ongoing development.
About the Role
Basic Qualifications
Product & Customer Advocacy
Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and advocate on behalf of both customers and the product.
Strategic Renewals
Support the renewal processes for strategic accounts by resolving product-related concerns.
Expanding Referenceability
Identify and cultivate customers who are willing to serve as references for oCHRO products.
oCHRO Strategy and Vision
Clearly communicate the oCHRO strategy to both internal and external stakeholders.
Other Qualifications
Basic knowledge of core Workday HCM
Basic knowledge of Workday recruiting
Basic knowledege of Workday's AI and Sana Strategy
Participate in initiatives that support customers and the P&T organization, helping to inform the roadmap direction and overall mission.
About You
Knowledge across the HR Suite of products, able to travel to NYC monthly and knowledge of Workday Core HCM and Compensation

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
