Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Sr. Associate Business Process Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for driving operational excellence, solving complex problems, and influencing change through data driven insights. You will work with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements that enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead process improvement initiatives across various business units using Lean Six Sigma and project management methodologies
- Analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define problems, develop business cases, and gain buy-in for improvement initiatives
- Facilitate workshops, process mapping sessions, and Kaizen events
- Track and report on project progress, outcomes, and ROI
- Develop and deliver clear, compelling presentations and reports to leadership and cross-functional teams
- Support change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes
Minimum Requirements
- 2+ years experience managing projects and/or process improvement initiatives
Critical Skills
- Proven track record in project management and process improvement initiatives, with demonstrated financial and/or non-financial benefits
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build relationships and collaborate across all levels of an organization
- Skilled at navigating ambiguity and helping teams reach clarity and actionable decisions
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft 365 applications
Additional Knowledge and Skills
- Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset and a passion for problem-solving
- Experience in healthcare, supply chain, or distribution environments
- Familiarity with change management principles and tools
- Thrive in fast-paced environment and juggle priorities with ease
- Skilled in Power BI, Tableau, Power Automate, Smartsheet, and AI-driven tools
- PMP and Lean Six Sigma credentials preferred
Education
- 4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience
