What’s on offer?

Due to the continued growth of our business, we are seeking a Spray Seal Supervisor to join our Infrastructure Services Team in Gladstone, Queensland.  You will play an integral role in supervising contracting operations for our Sealing business. This is a permanent opportunity to step into a leadership position and shape your career, working alongside innovative industry professionals who are committed to your development.

What you’ll do?

• Conduct job inspections and plan work delivery to meet profit targets while upholding our HSEQ responsibilities.
• Support work delivery crews and contractors to ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve work delivery, safety, quality and environment performance, and implement corrective actions for non-compliance.
• Maximise equipment utilisation and ensure repairs and maintenance are completed promptly and efficiently.
• Liaise with clients regarding job requirements and expectations.
• Plan and manage onsite activities including subcontractors and hired equipment and provide effective people management of crews.

How you’ll connect to the role?

• Hands on experience in bituminous spray sealing work delivery, including equipment operation and handling of raw materials.
• Experience in providing bituminous spray seal work scope and product advice that adds value for customers.
• Completed AAPA Safely Working with Bituminous materials and Sprayed Sealing Selection and Design training courses.

Ideally you will have extensive experience in spray seal in a leadership role such as Foreperson or Supervisor.
