Job Description:

The Specialist, Source-to-Contract, will ensure that the Regional GS (Global Services) Procurement Source-to-Contract organization delivers results in support of the Global Services, OneProcurement and Johnson & Johnson business strategy and objectives. The role works directly with the business, category leaders, and the broader function. Additionally, you contribute to and/or own the operational execution of prioritized category strategy implementations, sourcing and contracting cases, and other critical functional activities.

This role performs duties related to the implementation and execution of the organization's strategic sourcing plan, from assisting with contract negotiation, contract authoring and contract management activities through executing cost reduction strategies.

The Specialist, Source-to-Contract, works to identify and address needs of internal stakeholders and contributes improvements to procurement strategies.

This is an established and productive individual contributor, who works under moderate supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducts the day-to-day operations of the Source-to-Contract function, including sourcing event management, price and other contract terms negotiaton, contract drafting and execution, and stakeholder management activities. Delivers against defined Service Levels.

• Ensures compliance with applicable regulatory, legal and company policies and procedures.

• Collaborates with multiple departments in the development and execution of strategies and plans that improve the organizations profitability and competitive position, utilizing market intelligence and risk assessments.

• Drives continuous improvements in user experience, effectiveness, and efficiency in assigned area of responsibility.

• Supports development and implementation of automation and AI (Artificial Intelligence) initiatives within assigned area of responsibility.

• Builds relationships with internal customers and external suppliers, works to understand their business objectives, and provides support in addressing their needs.

• Mentors and collaborates amongst a team of Source-to-Contract specialists.

• Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.

• Demonstrates an understanding of AI concepts and frameworks, including awareness of responsible and ethical AI practices, and has experience generating effective prompts to boost efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent University degree is required.

• An MBA or further advanced degree is preferred.

Experience and Skills:

Required:

• 2-4 years of Procurement, Finance, or other relevant business experience

• Collaboration, Communication & Influencing Skills: Should be regarded as a constructive player in various teams within the company and outside. Should have the requisite communication skills to communicate & influence objectives and then develop collaborative relationships both internally and externally to achieve them.

• Learning Agility & Openness to Change

• Fluency in English (written and oral) is required.

Preferred:

·       Good understanding of Requisition-to-pay and Source-to-settle processes and operations is preferred.

·       Experience in one or more Procurement Functional domains: Sourcing incl. negotiation of commercial and non-commercial terms, Category management, R2P or Accounts Payable.

·       Shared Services Industry experience is preferred.

·       Fluency in one other language ((written and oral) for the supported region is preferred.

Other:

• Requires up to 5% domestic and international travel.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

Kč704 000,00 - Kč1 135 050,00
