About the Role

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Upload, recon and rectify the breaks for daily transactions in Group system
• Raise and follow up all group system local related enhancement
• Security master creation and maintenance across group and local systems
• Recon group system with local trading system to ensure the data accuracy
• Work with IT team to setup and maintain operation data standards and policies
• Work with IT team manage & improve investment operation data quality in Investment Data Warehouse
• Any operation work related to operation data management
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Strong business sense and understanding of financial industry and investment activities
• Strong capabilities and working knowledge in  reconciliation or data management operation
• Demonstrates flexibility and ability to multi-task
• 2+ years of working experience in investment operations
