What does ‘Specialist Communication Unit’ do?

·        Respond promptly to customer queries and complaints received via email channels, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and timely resolution.

·        Adhere to established service level agreements and key performance indicators to meet or exceed performance targets for productivity and quality.

·        Maintain high standards of quality and professionalism in all customer interactions, adhering to company policies, procedures, and service standards.

·        Conduct regular self-assessments to ensure compliance with quality and performance metrics and make improvements as needed.

·        Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to address customer issues and improve overall service delivery.

·        Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and effective communication skills in all customer interactions to ensure positive customer experiences.

·        Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and exceed customer expectations, contributing to improved customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

·        Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

·        Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer communication, preferably in email communication.

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.

·        Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Excel.

·        Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

·        Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

·        Customer-centric mindset and dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
