Job Summary**

The Specialist / Client Delivery Incent is responsible for the accurate and timely processing and administration of incentive programs for Ansira Partners II, LLC's clients, ensuring client satisfaction and program effectiveness.

Job Responsibilities**

* Administer and process client incentive programs, including data entry, validation, and payout generation, adhering to established timelines and service level agreements.
* Review and verify incentive program data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and resolving discrepancies proactively.
* Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams regarding program status, inquiries, and issue resolution.
* Prepare and deliver regular program reports and analyses to clients, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.
* Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., account management, finance, technology) to ensure seamless program execution and client satisfaction.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices for incentive program delivery.
* Maintain comprehensive documentation of program processes, client-specific requirements, and system configurations.
* Provide support for client training and onboarding related to incentive program platforms and processes.
* Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in incentive compensation and client delivery.

Job Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
* 2-4 years of experience in client service, program administration, or incentive compensation.
* Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for working with data and identifying patterns.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and validation.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
* Experience with incentive management platforms or CRM systems is a plus.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
