*Expected Starting Pay Range

$67,537.60 - $86,112.00

*Starting pay is based on experience, skills, and equity; exceptions may apply for highly qualified candidates. Additional pay (e.g., shift, on‑call, or weekend differentials) and benefits may apply. Annual pay may vary based on FTE status.


 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Space & Occupancy Planning: Develop expertise in design and construction processes. Develop, maintain, and monitor space programs, as well as project move plans. Facilitate cross-functional work teams that include internal employees, technical support, operations personnel, vendor consultants, clinicians, hospital administration and end users. Provide regular project updates and status reports for Space Planning management and ensure timely escalation of issues when necessary.

  • Analysis and Implementation: Coordinate space utilization data/information collection, organization, verification, and entry. Ensures that the necessary data, information and forms are obtained and entered into the appropriate system accurately and timely. Document as necessary and communicate related information to appropriate parties. Develop, review, and generate necessary reports. Assist in automating existing processes or recommend changes to management.

  • Communication: Develop and maintain efficient internal communication processes to support the activities of the department. Communicate across many departments regarding physical and material resources. Keep key leadership, administrative staff and other stakeholders fully informed of projected and actual developments in a timely manner. Prioritize multiple requests for information. Assemble and distribute material for project communications as necessary.

    Project Coordination: Assist in coordination of assigned projects including preparing and maintaining project plans, budgets, and resource requirements. Ensure that the project governance, key stakeholders and teams are kept informed of project process and issues. Manage multidisciplinary discussions to ensure that each group understands the process and technical concerns of the other groups. Prepare documents to support project management and reporting. Identify system and technology needs and act as liaison to ensure appropriate systems and reporting are maintained in support of project requirements.

    Process Improvement: Develop process of technology analysis and improvement. Acquire minimal computer aided facilities management system knowledge in order to facilitate the identification and understanding of key system requirements and issues. Solicit user feedback to ensure technology is meeting needs.

Role supports a wide variety of projects in scope and depth across the organization/system-wide.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years of work experience in a related job discipline
