About the role

What you will do

• Ensure that the spa environment remains serene, inviting, and relaxing by maintaining ambient lighting, music, and temperature levels. Regularly inspect treatment rooms for cleanliness, order, and replenishment of supplies

• Recommend follow-up treatments to address specific guest concerns or requests.

• Provide detailed information to guests about available spa services and other resort offerings.

• To be able to provide professional treatments for any guest including but not limited to massage, facial treatments and body treatments.

• Work closely with other therapists, spa management, and front desk staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Provide support and assistance to team members during peak hours or special events.

What you bring

• Certified for massage and beauty treatments.

• At least 2 years of experience in a luxury spa environment.

• Outstanding communication skills and command of English are essential.

• Excellent communication and exceptional guest service skills

• Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and prioritize.

• Guest centricity and understanding of the importance of guests’ preferences.
