We’re looking for a Sourcing Administrator to join our team in Poeldijk, ZH, Netherlands. We are open to this role being full time (40 hours) or Part-Time (32 hours).

The Sourcing Administrator position will directly support the Dutch sourcing team. You will handle key administrative tasks. Alongside the administrative tasks you will also gather a wider exposure into the sourcing process, including maintaining supplier records, delivering detailed sourcing reports, analysing data and coordinating with cross functional teams. The sourcing Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective and timely delivery of Westfalia’s sourcing objectives.

• Maintain accurate sourcing reports and analyse data to provide insights that support commercial decision-making.
• Coordinate with sourcing and supply chain teams to monitor vessel arrivals, packing lists and stock movements.
• Provide administrative support to the sourcing team, including diary management, travel arrangements and meeting coordination.
• Update and maintain stock rejection records, ensuring rejected pallets are accurately reported and communicated to suppliers.
• Manage supplier claims and quality notifications, providing clear information on product issues and supporting timely resolution.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate information flow and efficient sourcing operations.
• Monitor sourcing documentation and reporting to maintain data accuracy and process compliance.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying reporting gaps, improving administrative processes and enhancing cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• Prior experience or exposure in an administrative role.
• Fluency (C1/Native) in both Dutch and English
• A strong interest in developing a career within sourcing.
• Efficent organisational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – particularly in Excel
• Strong problem-solving skills coupled with a proactive and adaptable approach to navigate challenges and evolving demands.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary starting from €2,200 per month, depending on skills and experience
