The Role

Buscamos perfiles sólidos técnicamente, con mentalidad de aprendizaje continuo y orientación real al cliente. Personas integradoras, cómodas en entornos ambiguos — porque parte importante del trabajo consiste en definir arquitecturas en dominios donde las buenas prácticas aún se están escribiendo (agéntica empresarial, MCP, governance de IA, plataformas sovereign).

Who You Are

Experiencia técnica y profesional requerida

• 5+ años diseñando arquitecturas empresariales o de soluciones en organizaciones complejas.
• Experiencia diseñando arquitecturas cloud-native: contenedores (Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift), integración API-first, microservicios, plataformas de datos.
• Experiencia de diseño productivo sobre al menos un hyperscaler (AWS, Azure o GCP).
• Conocimiento práctico de frameworks de arquitectura (TOGAF, Zachman o equivalentes) como herramienta.
• Capacidad de traducir requisitos de negocio en decisiones arquitectónicas y comunicarlas en español e inglés a audiencias técnicas y ejecutivas.

Experiencia técnica y profesional preferida

• Experiencia diseñando o evaluando arquitecturas de IA agéntica: orquestación multi-agente, agent fabrics, integración vía MCP, RAG empresarial.
• Familiaridad con frameworks de agentes (LangGraph, LangChain, Claude Agent SDK o equivalentes) y con stacks de observabilidad LLM (LangSmith, Langfuse).
• Conocimiento de Policy-as-Code (OPA/Rego) aplicado a governance de IA o cumplimiento normativo
• Experiencia con routing de modelos (LiteLLM o similar) y con estrategias de inferencia GPU vs CPU en entornos empresariales.
• Experiencia previa en consultoría tecnológica, preparación de propuestas/RFPs, o roles client-facing con interlocución C-level.

• Nativo / Fluido en español

• Alto nivel de inglés

• Licenciatura en Ciencias de la Computación, Ingeniería Informática, Telecomunicaciones o campo afín.
