What you'll do

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join our AI Platform team at a mid-to-senior level. You'll be working on a largely greenfield codebase, designing, building, testing and maintaining scalable APIs and backend services, with a strong focus on shaping and testing the AI capabilities already built into our platform.

To make this happen, you will:

• Develop and maintain backend services using C# and .NET
• Design and evolve scalable APIs for internal and external consumers
• Integrate AI-powered capabilities into existing systems
• Work with AWS services to build and deploy cloud-based solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver clean, effective solutions
• Contribute to code reviews and engineering best practices
• Continuously improve systems, processes, and code quality

What you’ll bring  

You are an experienced developer who takes ownership and delivers high-quality solutions. In addition to that you will bring:

• Strong experience with .NET / C# (5+ years)
• Experience building RESTful APIs (ASP.NET Web API) used by multiple consumers
• Solid understanding of SOLID principles and clean architecture
• Hands-on experience with AWS or other cloud platforms
• Experience using AI-assisted dev tools to design, write, test and review software
• Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, security, performance, and maintainability
• Experience applying prompt and context-engineering techniques to improve software-development outcomes

Even better if you have:

• Experience building or integrating MCP servers, clients, or tools
• Experience designing scalable systems and identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks
