Our work depends on Software Engineer joining our team to support our client’s mission.  This position advances enterprise and government IT initiatives by designing, developing, and integrating software solutions that automate processes, resolve technical issues, and tailor capabilities to client requirements through close collaboration with technical and service teams.

Software Engineer

• Designs, develops, enhances, and maintains software applications in support of enterprise or government IT initiatives.
• Executes complex tasks, troubleshoots production issues, and contributes to system integration and modernization efforts.
• Designs, develops, and tests solutions that automate processes for kitting solution and troubleshooting issues, activities, and tasks.
• Works closely with technical solutions engineers and professional services teams.
• Participates in requirement gathering and technical requirement definition by attending client meetings, interviews, and workshops.
• Works with the Survey, Design and other teams introducing solutions and services, customizing solutions for clients’ business and IT requirements.

• Education - BS/BA Degree
• Required Experience – 5-10 years of related experience
• Security Clearance Level - Active Secret Clearance
• Location – Hybrid, Falls Church, VA

The likely salary range for this position is $128,039 - $173,229. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
