As a Global US Payroll Oracle – Senior Associate, you will be at the forefront of managing the people lifecycle and operational tasks related to employee management, including onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. Within our Managed Services practice, you will be a primary HR point of contact, resolving inquiries and supporting complex business issues from strategy to execution. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and enhancing your skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn’t clear.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts. Upholding professional and technical standards, you will interpret data to inform insights and recommendations, contributing to the firm's overall business strategies.
Responsibilities
- Managing the employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and payroll administration
- Coordinating with HR teams to address employee inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Utilizing HR software to maintain accurate employee records and validate compliance with labor laws
- Supporting the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Analyzing HR metrics to inform strategic decisions and improve service delivery
- Facilitating employee engagement strategies to enhance workforce satisfaction and productivity
- Collaborating with stakeholders to optimize HR processes and drive continuous improvement
- Handling confidential information with discretion and maintaining data quality standards
- Navigating complex situations to provide effective HR solutions and support client needs
- Mentoring junior team members to foster professional growth and development
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Measurement, Data Science, Industrial-Organizational (I/O) Psychology, or a related field
- Utilizing HR Software to enhance service delivery
