simulation teams. Your responsibility is to run finite element analysis in the fields of structural mechanics & dynamics and to
assess the lifetime of structures based on your simulation results. You collaborate with the material development department,
the testing department and external partners to validate your simulation methods.
Major Job Responsibilities: –
Finite element analysis in the field of structural mechanics and dynamics
Lifetime assessment based on simulation results and engineering guidelines Support of turbocharger product development programs
Work Experience/Skills: –
Master in Mechanical Engineering
At least 3 years’ experience in automotive or industrial field with focus on simulation and mechanical development
Expert skills in using the CAE software's Abaqus and HyperWorks
Expert knowledge in the fields of mechanics of solid structures, dynamics and fatigue
Experienced user of engineering guidelines for lifetime assessment, e.g. FKM guideline, VDI2230
Excellent English communication skills
