Seymour Veterinary Clinic, a full-service companion animal focused general practice, was established in 1977 in Seymour, Tennessee, just outside of Knoxville. Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Customer Service Representative (CSR) with a minimum of 3 years of experience in veterinary medicine. This full-time position requires a kind, friendly, and outgoing individual who can lead our customer service team effectively. The role offers a competitive salary of $19-$21 per hour, based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical and 401k.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the customer service team to ensure high-quality client interactions.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently and courteously.
- Train, mentor, and support team members to achieve performance goals.
- Coordinate with veterinary staff to schedule appointments and manage client records.
- Maintain a friendly and professional environment for both clients and staff.
- Implement and improve customer service procedures and policies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in veterinary medicine customer service.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and positive attitude.
- Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or veterinary assistance are a plus.
