- Promote and sell service solutions (preventive maintenance contracts, calibration, spare parts, upgrades, etc.), conduct needs assessment and close deals.
- Develop new service accounts, track market trends and competitor information; participate in industry events to promote service portfolio.
- Collaborate with field service engineers, instrument sales teams and marketing to ensure service quality and drive business growth.
