We are seeking a customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our team! Reporting to the Manager, Service Planning & Administration, you will be responsible for the intake of service requests, maintenance of work orders, and document control. Other tasks include job package preparation, time management, billing, and invoice submission.Job Description:

Job Description:
- Manage intake and creation of work orders
- Review and manage service related documentation
- Compile customer information and submit for approval
- Invoice service workorders for internal and external customers
- Invoice Warranty claims
- General administration and clerical duties, as required
- Collection of customer payments
Qualifications:
- Excellent time management skills
- Team player with ability to work in fast paced environment
- 2-3 years of administrative experience considered an asset
- Computer proficiency with a variety of software
- Customer Service mindset
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Note:
- This is a permanent, full time position for our Saskatoon location
- Position is 5x2 Monday-Friday (8-430)
