The Restaurant Server is responsible for providing friendly, efficient, and professional service to guests while ensuring an enjoyable dining experience.
Essential Duties
Greet guests and provide excellent customer service.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations when appropriate.
Maintain clean and organized tables and dining areas.
Process guest checks and payments accurately.
Communicate guest requests and concerns to the appropriate team members.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hotel service standards.
Assist with opening, closing, and other restaurant duties as needed.
Qualifications
Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be dependable, professional, and team-oriented.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
