You’ll build end-to-end capabilities—from waveform design, on-board processing, classification and calibration—for systems on LEO platforms. Working across RF hardware, phased arrays, and advanced DSP, you’ll turn raw echoes into decision-ready products. What you’ll be doing:

Lead technical engagement with Government site, mission, operations, maintenance, and infrastructure stakeholders.

Develop and maintain legacy-interface inventories, site-assumption logs, mission threads, constraints, and verification needs.

Coordinate architecture, requirements, MBSE, RF, software, cyber, test, and site-integration decisions.
What you bring to this role:

Experience integrating radar, sensor, command-and-control, or mission-processing systems into operational environments.

Demonstrated requirements decomposition, interface management, trade studies, and technical risk management.

Security clearance: U.S. citizenship is required. Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance at the Secret level or higher, and any program-specific access required for the position. Continued employment is contingent upon obtaining and maintaining the required clearance and access.
Bonus points for the following:
This is a full time, exempt position, based out of our Saratoga office. The target base pay for this position is $120,000 - $200,000 annually. The total compensation packaged will be determined by various factors such as your relevant job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
We are redefining how satellites are designed, manufactured and used—so we’re looking for candidates with passion, deep knowledge and direct experience on LEO satellite component development, design and in-orbit activities. If that’s your experience – then we’ll be immediately wow-ed.
This role requires access to controlled technical data. Under U.S. law (ITAR/EAR), we can only consider U.S. persons (U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, and individuals granted asylum or refugee status).
