The Division: 

Ineo | Hessel, a division of Jonas (an operating group of Constellation Software Inc.), specialized in streamlining the complex financial, tax, and logistical trails associated with corporate employee relocation and international assignments. Their platform and professional services bridge the gap between human resources, finance, and global mobility teams. 

The Position:  

We are looking for an experienced Senior SQA Analyst to join our QA team and support the testing of modern web, mobile, and API-based applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in UI and API test automation, preferably with exposure to Blazor and/or .NET MAUI applications, and a strong understanding of modern software testing and CI/CD practices. 

The role requires a resource who can independently design and maintain automated testing solutions, perform comprehensive functional and data validation, and leverage AI-assisted tools and agents to improve test generation, execution, maintenance, and overall QA productivity. 

The selected individual will work in the Contour Software Karachi/Lahore/Islamabad office, working as part of the resource-center team, as an extension of the onshore R&D team.  

Required Skills: 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline. 

• 5+ years of professional QA experience, with significant hands-on automation experience. 

• Strong experience testing web, desktop, and/or mobile applications. 

• Experience testing applications developed using Blazor and/or .NET MAUI. 

• Strong hands-on experience with UI test automation using Playwright, or similar automation frameworks. 

• Strong experience with API testing and automation, particularly REST APIs and JSON-based services. 

• Experience using tools such as Postman, REST-assured, Playwright API, or equivalent API testing technologies. 

• Good knowledge of SQL with the ability to perform database validation, data reconciliation, and backend testing. 

• Experience designing functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing strategies. 

• Hands-on experience integrating automated tests with CI/CD pipelines using technologies such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar platforms. 

• Experience working with source-control platforms such as Git, GitHub, Azure Repos, or equivalent. 

• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum, defect lifecycle, test design techniques, and software quality engineering practices. 

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to investigate application, API, database, and automation failures independently. 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with distributed engineering teams.
