In this opportunity, you will join a cross-functional engineering team developing an enterprise HR SaaS platform that helps organizations modernize and streamline human resources operations. You'll contribute to building secure, scalable, and high-quality software while working with modern technologies and AI-assisted development practices.

Challenge

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who enjoys building high-quality full-stack applications and delivering business value through clean, maintainable code.

This is a hands-on engineering role where you'll develop new features across both backend and frontend, collaborate closely with Product Owners and fellow engineers, and own software quality from development through testing. You'll also leverage AI-powered development tools to improve productivity while working in a Shift Left / No QA engineering environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain full-stack features using C#, .NET, Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Build scalable and maintainable backend services using the .NET ecosystem.
• Develop modern frontend applications using Angular and TypeScript.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following engineering best practices.
• Take full ownership of unit, integration, and performance testing in a Shift Left environment.
• Monitor application health and troubleshoot production issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing applications and system architecture.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and engineering teammates in an Agile SCRUM environment.
• Continuously explore new technologies and engineering best practices.
• Leverage GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar AI-assisted development tools to accelerate development, refactoring, and documentation.

Mandatory Skills:

• 5+ years of professional experience with .NET, C#, ASP.NET, and enterprise application development.
• Strong experience with SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
• Experience developing applications using Angular or another modern frontend framework.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Experience with relational database design and development.
• Experience working with AWS or Azure cloud environments.
• Experience with Git and Continuous Integration (CI) practices.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience writing clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Experience working in Shift Left development environments.
• Experience using AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar.
• Strong English communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Web Services, REST APIs, or Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).
• Experience integrating with Salesforce APIs.
• Experience working on enterprise HR SaaS platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization experience.
