In this opportunity, you will join an engineering team responsible for developing and evolving enterprise SaaS applications, working across the full stack to build secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions. You'll collaborate with experienced engineers while embracing modern engineering practices and AI-assisted development to accelerate software delivery.

Challenge

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, building high-quality software, and contributing to architectural decisions.

This is a hands-on role where you'll develop new features, troubleshoot production issues, optimize application performance, and help modernize existing systems. You'll also leverage AI-powered development tools to improve engineering productivity while working in a shift-left environment focused on quality, automation, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable SaaS applications using the .NET ecosystem and modern frontend framework like Angular.
• Develop backend services using C# or VB.NET and build modern web application features.
• Write efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, and optimize database performance.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Participate in architecture discussions, technical planning, and solution design.
• Develop secure, maintainable, and high-quality code following engineering best practices.
• Create and maintain unit and integration tests to support a shift-left development approach.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Claude Code to improve delivery speed and code quality.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in engineering processes, performance, and maintainability.

Mandatory Skills:

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong experience with C# or VB.NET.
• Solid experience building web applications.
• Strong SQL skills, including stored procedures, relational databases, and query optimization.
• Experience troubleshooting and optimizing application performance.
• Experience writing unit and integration tests.
• Comfortable working in a Shift Left development environment.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and application design principles.
• Experience working collaboratively within Agile engineering teams.
• Willingness to adopt AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code.
• Basic understanding of LLMs, MCP, RAG, and modern AI development concepts.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong English communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with jQuery, WebForms, or other server-rendered architectures.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including indexing and performance tuning.
• Experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, or SES.
• Familiarity with GraphQL.
• Experience with coding agents or AI-assisted engineering workflows.
• Solid understanding of HTML and CSS in traditional web applications.
