Iron Mountain is seeking an strategic Senior Sales Enablement Partner to join our Commercial Leadership team.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to directly sharpen commercial behaviors and accelerate seller performance across the Australia region. By embedding modern sales methodologies, driving AI tool adoption, and facilitating high-impact deal coaching, your expertise will help our frontline teams move from tactical product pitches to outcome-driven value conversations. You will serve as a vital partner to regional VPs, ensuring our commercial organization delivers grounded revenue impact and elevated customer connection.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

• Architect and lead structured deal reviews and high-impact 1:1 or group coaching cadences to increase sales velocity and win rates.

• Train and coach sales teams on the daily adoption of AI productivity tools, revenue intelligence, and modern sales tech stacks.

• Drive continuous field reinforcement of the Sales Acceleration Program (SAP) by embedding consultative discovery and pre-call planning habits into daily routines.

• Lead segment-specific onboarding (Elevate) and continuous learning cohorts to guide new hires to quota milestones ahead of schedule.

• Localize campaign assets, call scripts, and playbooks while coordinating subject matter experts to support complex buyer journeys.

What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

• 8-11+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Readiness, Commercial Coaching, or High-Performing Enterprise Sales roles.

• Strong knowledge of structured sales methodologies, consultative deal coaching, and ADKAR change management frameworks.

• Proven ability to facilitate interactive workshops, conduct dynamic role-play sessions, and coach sales professionals.

• Hands-on familiarity with modern enterprise enablement tech stacks, including Salesforce, Gong, Seismic, enterprise LMS (SANA), and AI productivity tools.
