We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise-scale initiatives across our Affinity LAC region. This role combines strategic business acumen, complex program execution and stakeholder management. You will manage multi-year, multi-country projects from conception through delivery, working closely with C-suite leadership and cross-functional teams to drive measurable business impact. This is an opportunity to influence strategic direction, shape organizational capability, and mentor emerging project leaders.

We will rely on you to:

Develop and present business cases supported by quantitative analysis to regional leadership, translating business requirements into actionable strategies and recommendations. Lead the identification and realization of project benefits, reporting outcomes and ROI metrics to regional and executive stakeholders on a quarterly basis. Own end-to-end project delivery across multiple countries: from planning and resource allocation through execution and closure. Convert complex business requirements into detailed functional specifications and project plans, managing dependencies, timelines, and scope. Ensure projects deliver on time, within budget, and to quality standards; oversee progress through regular status meetings, governance checkpoints, and risk management Implement Global PMO processes and governance frameworks to secure funding, maintain compliance, and ensure governance rigor. Prepare comprehensive reports and performance dashboards for stakeholder, sponsor, and client review; communicate project status, schedule, and financial performance. Collaborate across diverse corporate teams in Latam to foster cross-functional cooperation, break down silos, and advance Affinity LAC transformation initiatives. Develop and present program performance content for stewardship meetings, showcasing value delivery and project progress.

Qualifications

• College Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Systems Engineering, Actuarial Sciences or similar.
• Minimum 5 years working experience, background in insurance and program management.
• Proficient in English Language (Advanced), Portuguese (desirable). Only CV's in English will be considered.
• Project management and business analysis skills with understanding of insurance principles.
• Ability to define, develop and articulate project objectives and scope.
• Ability to analyze financial and non-financial data.
• Ability to present ideas and complex information clearly and confidently to stakeholders and manage their expectations.
• Proven record of analytical and problem-solving skills in previous work settings and/or through extracurricular activities.
• Strong time and organization skills, ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines with can-do attitude.
• A highly collaborative and team-oriented attitude.
• Proactive and flexible approach to work and be comfortable with a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office – Microsoft Project, Visio, Power BI, Word, Excel PowerPoint, Outlook
