Purpose:
As a Senior People Operations Specialist, you’ll ensure smooth HR operations across payroll, employee lifecycle management, office administration, and employee engagement. You’ll play a key role in maintaining a great employee experience while keeping our HR processes efficient and compliant
Job Responsibilities:
1. Payroll & HR Administration
- Prepare monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy in salaries, deductions, overtime, and benefits.
- Coordinate with Finance to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Validate payroll changes including promotions, salary adjustments, bonuses, deductions, and final settlements.
2. HR Operations
- Own and continuously improve People Operations processes.
- Monitor HR operational KPIs (onboarding completion, payroll accuracy, HR ticket SLA, etc.) and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support the development and implementation of People & Culture policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor regulations across all operating countries.
3. HR Systems
- Serve as the owner of the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
- Coordinate HRIS enhancements, testing, and implementation of new features.
4. Employee Experience
- Act as the first point of contact for employees' HR-related inquiries.
- Drive initiatives to improve employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Conduct onboarding check-ins and exit interviews and provide insights to management.
5. IT & Assets
- Manage the company's IT assets inventory.
- Coordinate with the external IT consultant on employee IT requests.
- Ensure devices, accounts, and system access are provisioned and revoked on time.
- Track repairs, replacements, and asset lifecycle.
6. Vendor Management
- Manage relationships with HR and office vendors, ensuring service quality and cost efficiency.
- Support procurement and renewal of office and HR-related services.
7. Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain employee files and documentation in compliance with legal requirements.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing HR documentation.
8. Reporting
- Prepare monthly HR reports covering headcount, turnover, onboarding, leave utilization, and other operational metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on HR data.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or people administration.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
