We’re looking for a Senior Partner Solutions Engineer (PSE) that will be a strategic technical enablement partner focused on building, validating, and scaling the technical capabilities of Webflow’s agency and services partners. This role ensures partners are equipped to confidently sell, design, and deliver high-quality Webflow solutions for complex and enterprise-grade use cases—while maintaining clear boundaries that enable scale and predictability.
As the technical counterpart to Partner Account Managers (PAMs), the PSE team supports multiple partner portfolios and works closely with Partner Enablement, Sales, and Customer Solutions Engineering to strengthen partner readiness and improve the quality of partner-sourced opportunities.

- Our cash compensation amount for this role ranges depending on the cost of labor of the geographic area. The ranges shared below may change if you are hired in another geographic location.
- United States (all figures cited below in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)
- Zone A: $178,000 - $210,000
- Zone B: $166,500 - $196,000
- Zone C: $156,500 - $184,000
- Canada (All figures cited below in CAD and pertain to workers in BC, Canada)
- 174,500 - 205,000
For sales roles, the ranges provided are the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) ranges, meaning that the ranges include both the sales commissions target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Webflow and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s market location, job related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills. As a Senior Partner Solutions Engineer, you’ll…
- Partner with Partner Account Managers (PAMs) to assess partner technical maturity, workflows, and service offerings, evaluating early fit and readiness to prioritize engagement
- Develop a clear technical point of view aligning partner strengths and growth goals with Webflow's platform capabilities
- Support the design of structured, scalable enablement pathways across onboarding, certification, and partner maturity stages
- Build and present technical demos using reusable frameworks and assets tailored to partner context
- Guide partners through proofs of concept and solution exploration while ensuring they retain implementation ownership
- Contribute technical expertise to partner enablement programs through curriculum development, validation, and group-based sessions
- Validate partner-led enterprise opportunities for feasibility, scalability, and platform alignment, recommending architectural approaches and solution patterns
- Provide competitive technical positioning and concise validation summaries to support handoff to Sales and Customer Solutions Engineering
- Maintain a forward-looking view of partner technical growth, aligning regularly with PAMs on pipeline/strategy and building reusable workshops, playbooks, and resources
About you:
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in a go-to-market technical role.
- Hands-on web development experience, including familiarity with modern web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience working with partners, agencies, or channel-driven business models, or strong familiarity with how agency ecosystems operate.
- Enablement exposure - ability to teach, onboard, activate, or support audiences through technical education, training, or scaled programs.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly through writing, presentations, and structured discovery.
- A consultative, systems-oriented approach to problem solving.
- Ability to work autonomously and cross-functionally in a fast-changing environment.
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- Hands-on Webflow experience or strong familiarity with the Webflow ecosystem.
- Direct experience at a partner agency or in a role directly supporting agency partners.
- Experience with webinars, public speaking, or one-to-many technical enablement.
- Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and modern web architectures.
- Background in a developer-heavy environment that would translate well as Webflow’s technical product surface expands.
