- Drive creative strategy: Develop net-new content concepts and build a UGC-led creative testing roadmap, leveraging platform trends, performance data, and audience insights.
- Fuel paid social acquisition: Negotiate usage rights, licensing terms, and allow-listing permissions to supply creator assets to paid social campaigns.
- Lead cross-functional execution: Manage workflows from concept to launch, building a high-velocity, repeatable system.
- Optimize funnel performance: Test creative formats, messaging angles, and landing page integrations to improve conversion rates and lower acquisition costs.
- Performance reporting & strategy: Track and report performance metrics across channels to identify key drivers of reach and conversion, using these insights to refine creator selection and creative strategy.
- Ensure compliance: Partner with Legal and Clinical Ops to ensure all content adheres to healthcare privacy laws and FTC/FDA guidelines.
Who you are:
- 5+ years of influencer, creator, or performance marketing experience, with a focus on driving customer acquisition within DTC health, wellness, subscription, or regulated healthcare industries.
- Track record of impact: Experience building creator programs that deliver measurable brand reach, engagement, and direct business impact.
- Performance-focused operator: Hands-on experience managing growth budgets with direct accountability for conversion rates, CAC, and ROI.
- Platform fluency: Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, combining sharp creative judgment with hands-on experience negotiating usage rights, ad licensing, and allow-listing.
