Sobre este puesto de Senior Engineer (Go) en Dreamdata
Dreamdata is the industry leader in B2B marketing attribution and activation. We're on a mission to help B2B marketing leaders finally connect their efforts directly to real revenue - solving a complex problem that has plagued the industry for years.
Founded in 2018 by ex-Trustpilot (TRST:LSE) product and engineering leaders, Dreamdata was born from a real-world need, building the platform they always wished they'd had.
It's working. We have achieved strong product-market fit and are experiencing explosive, triple-digit YoY growth. This momentum is now backed by a recent $55,000,000 Series B funding round set to fuel our rocketship as we scale globally.
We are expanding rapidly and looking for exceptional, top-tier talent to help us build the future of B2B marketing.
The Opportunity
As a Senior Engineer at Dreamdata, you will own the systems that pull our customers' go-to-market data out of dozens of third-party platforms - Google Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn, and many more - and turn it into the attribution and activation the Dreamdata Platform is known for. This is a hard, high-leverage engineering problem: every API is different, every customer's setup is different, and the quality of what our customers see depends entirely on how well these systems hold up.
You will own outcomes. That means you decide how a problem gets solved, you talk to the customers who are affected by it, and you go back and improve the system when it isn't good enough. Nobody will hand you a specification and nobody will approve your design decisions for you. If you are not comfortable making calls on your own and living with the consequences, this is not the right role for you.
We also expect you to build with agents. Dreamdata engineers use coding agents daily to write, refactor, test, and operate our systems, and increasingly to run the integrations themselves: detecting schema drift, triaging failed syncs, and proposing fixes. We want someone who is genuinely curious about how far this goes and who will push our tooling forward rather than wait for someone else to.
This is a hybrid role, in office at our Central Copenhagen Office located at Kalvebod Brygge. We require a minimum of 3 days each week in office. No exceptions for a full-time remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own our B2B integrations end to end - design, build, run, and improve the pipelines that ingest data from third-party ad, CRM, and marketing automation platforms at scale.
- Take decisions independently on architecture, tooling, and trade-offs, and be accountable for how they play out in production.
- Measure your work by customer outcomes: correct data, trustworthy attribution, and problems that stay fixed.
- Engage directly with customers and with our Customer Success and Product teams to understand what is actually breaking and why.
- Build and extend the agentic tooling we use to develop and operate our systems - agents that write code, monitor integrations, diagnose failures, and reduce the manual work of keeping hundreds of connections healthy.
- Improve systems you did not build. When you find something fragile, slow, or confusing, fixing it is part of the job, not a separate project.
- Work across Go, SQL, and Google Cloud Platform, feeding our analytics engine with technologies such as Apache Beam, Cloud Run, Kubernetes, Temporal, Pub/Sub, and BigQuery.
Requirements
- You are a skilled backend engineer, ideally with Go experience, or with a strong track record building complex data pipelines in another language.
- You have integrated with many third-party systems and know your way around REST APIs as both a consumer and a constructor - including the messy parts: rate limits, pagination, partial failures, breaking changes, and inconsistent data.
- You are strong in SQL. Experience with BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift is a significant advantage.
- You take ownership by default. You are comfortable deciding without consensus, shipping without permission, and being answerable for the result.
- You care about customer outcomes more than about output. You want to know whether what you built actually worked for the people using it.
- You use coding agents as part of how you work, and you are curious about applying them to build and maintain production systems more efficiently.
- You are curious about the B2B go-to-market world - how marketing and sales teams actually operate, and why connecting their data to revenue is so hard.
- You are pragmatic. You make complicated things simple, iterate in sensible steps, and use the tools that make sense rather than the tools that are interesting.
- Experience with Kubernetes is a big plus.
- You enjoy learning new technologies as we use the latest and greatest ones. Take a look at our https://stackshare.io/dreamdata/dreamdata profile for the complete list.
