  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with regional leads and second-line functions to seamlessly integrate compliance across ongoing business projects.

  • "OneRoche" Standardization: Align with Group and Divisional Compliance to streamline processes, drive synergies, and standardize practices enterprise-wide.

  • Network Agility: Proactively foster a modern, agile mindset within the Diagnostics Compliance Network to build strong, collaborative partnerships.

  • Stakeholder Alignment: Proven success breaking down organizational silos, balancing conflicting priorities, and building cross-functional consensus.

  • VACC Leadership: Inspires and influences using Roche’s VACC framework (Visionary, Architect, Catalyst, Coach) to drive a customer-centric compliance network.

  • Strategic Agility & Integrity: Pragmatic problem-solver who navigates complex, ambiguous situations with decisive business judgment and high ethical standards.

  • Communication & Trust: Fosters an open speak-up culture, actively listens, and builds candid, trusting relationships across boundaries (English fluency required).
