Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh as a Senior Account Executive for our Client Services team . This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. The successful candidate will lead daily operations from a support and administrative level, coordinating complex logistics and task assignments for client relationship projects while ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.

We will count on you to:

• Utilize detailed risk expertise to evaluate risks, review loss experience, cash flow, and financials, develop solutions, and articulate the impact of options to clients across product lines.

• Monitor business retention and generate new business opportunities to support account growth.

• Help establish and implement growth and retention strategies for the account team.

• Ensure the success of relationships with moderately complex clients, prospects, client teams, and producers by providing best-in-class service and driving growth.

• Serve as a client contact, responding to complex client needs and questions to enhance the client experience.

What you need to have:

• Strong expertise in risk evaluation, financial analysis, and solution development.

• Proven ability to manage client relationships and support business growth initiatives.

• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex risk concepts and recommendations clearly.

• Experience working collaboratively within account teams and with producers.

• Commitment to compliance, professional standards, and transparency.
