About the role

MSS Security is seeking Security Officers to work across our sites in Brisbane CBD and Redbank. The successful candidate must hold a current NV1 Clearance and have 24/7 availability.

Duties may include but are not limited to:

• Monitor CCTV cameras, alarms, access control systems, and radio communications to maintain site safety and security.

• Manage visitor and contractor access, issue passes, and assist with site entry requirements.

• Respond to customer enquiries and communicate with emergency services and other stakeholders when required.

• Conduct foot patrols, record incidents, complete paperwork, and maintain accurate records using computer systems.

Skills & Experience

• Must be an Australian Citizen

• Must hold a NV1

• Certificate II or higher in Security Operations

• Current QLD Security licence

• Current First Aid & CPR (or willing to obtain)

• Must be available to work a 24/7 roster without restrictions
